Ingredients

  • 6 large pork chops

  • 6 medium potatoes, sliced

  • 3 green onions

  • 1 can sliced mushrooms, drained (or 1 cup fresh sliced mushrooms)

  • 1 can mushroom soup

  • 0.5 cup milk

  • 2 tsp salt

  • 0.5 tsp pepper

Directions

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • Arrange pork chops in a single layer in the bottom of a baking dish.
  • Top with sliced potatoes and mushrooms, then sprinkle chopped green onions over the top.
  • Combined the mushroom soup, milk, salt, and pepper together, and pour evenly over the pork chops and potatoes.
  • Cover with a well-fitting lid or aluminum foil and bake for 60 minutes.
